Since our founding origins in Rockhampton and Brisbane in 1948, Bentleys has established and maintained a strong rural commitment. We have built close relationships with farmers and graziers across Queensland. We visit our clients, we know their property and their business and we get involved in community activities. We have a formalised rural visitation programme which outlines when we visit our rural clients.

We have sponsored various community events and regional shows, including events in Clermont, Longreach & Roma. We were major sponsors of the Queensland State Sheep Show having attended shows in Barcaldine, Roma and Longreach. In addition Bentleys are one of the major sponsors of Ag-Grow, held annually in Emerald.

The Bentleys Brisbane firm has eleven resident directors, over 80 staff and has been in existence since 1948.

To ensure that our clients have continuing access to our services, Bentleys Directors and senior staff engage in a Scheduled Visitation Programme to major rural centres throughout Queensland and Northern New South Wales. We currently visit the Darling Downs, Moree, Stanthorpe, Goondiwindi, Cunnamulla, Charleville, Longreach, Roma, Cloncurry, Mt Isa, Clermont, Winton, Emerald and Bundaberg.

With our expanding client-base, other centres are visited on a “needs” basis. Because of our very large rural client base, we are able to provide expert traditional tax and accounting services as well as up-to-date business solutions for all primary producers, including succession and estate planning.
